Kolber is a Pennsylvania resident, Kolber received her graduate education from The University of Miami. Her professional journey began as a video coordinator at CBS Sports in New York City. She received a Sports Emmy while working at WTVJ-TV Miami. She also worked for WPLG-TV in Miami and WPEC-TV which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. She joined ESPN in 1993 and became one of the first anchors of ESPN2 when it was introduced. She worked at ESPN2 for three years, before resigning to join Fox Sports. Following her return to ESPN at the time of 1999, she is now the host of a show known as 'Monday Night Countdown.
